Every ski bus goes to the last pick up point, which is Sport Complex Station. Please go to Sport Complex Station if you miss your ski bus.

When you make a reservation, we will provide you with a barcode that has a reservation for a seat. Please bring your barcode with you and present it
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange to purchase a ticket from Gimpo Airport to the ski resort because there is no staff or ticket counter. If you wish to purchase a bus ticket, you will have to go to the appropriate bus stop and purchase one directly from the bus driver before you can board. We can assist you in which bus stop, location, and time. Please note that there is no guarantee when purchasing a ticket from the bus driver.
However, we are able to help you book a ticket from the ski resort to Gimpo Airport.
(The ICN airport ski bus from the resort will first drop off at Gimpo Airport and then will go to Incheon Airport.)

Your reservation will be guaranteed by your credit card. Please view carefully the individual cancellation policies. It will be on the voucher that you receive after the reservation confirmation.
In case you cancel before the cancellation policy we ask only for $30 manipulation fee.
You must make a reservation no later than 5 days before the start of the tour. For bookings passed the 5 day cut off, please call our office and we will assist you.
You receive a cancellation mail or a corrected confirmation letter.
For cancellations 1 day before the start of tour, there is a 50% refund. There is NO refund for cancellations on the day of the tour.
*There is an added penalty of an international service fee that will be deducted from the 50% refund for cancellations made 1 day before the start of the tour.

Yes. Your Credit Card information is necessary for confirming your reservation.
We require your credit card to guarantee a bus reservation.
We only hold your credit card information to guarantee your tour. After your tour is complete, we will delete your credit card information. We accept on paypal or wire transfer so there is no need to worry of security.

Generally you cannot. However, it is sometimes possible to book without your credit card. If so, a prepayment by wire transfer is necessary.
It depends on the reservation details you choose. In most cases the payment is held before arrival. Our package operator will inform you the time of payment you need to pay.
You can get a receipt after you payment via reservation website.
